Arles was a lot of fun, even with the rain. Known as the photography center of the world, it felt like the perfect place to get lost with my camera and my thoughts. From wandering through the Roman Colosseum to standing in spots where Van Gogh once found his inspiration, I felt connected to something bigger than myself. Visiting the Luma museum — where the building itself is a work of art — reminded me how art can change the way we perceive everything around us. Despite the wet weather, Arles left me feeling inspired to seek beauty in unexpected places.
